Has anyone tested this yet? Seeing that Jerzy appears to be preparing 
for a WinCvs 1.3.15 release at the moment I think it would be nice to 
have this in the box right away... I will upload a slightly updated 
version soon (only cosmetics and one minor fix).

Oh, BTW: I think I just discovered a bug in LaunchDiff (at least that's 
what I suspect - I don't have the code available here at work): When 
external-diffing a locally modified file whose path contains spaces, the 
second argument passed to the differ appears to get mangled (e.g. 
"C:\C:\Program" and nothing more). Probably bad enough to hold the 
release for a moment IMO.
