Karl,

I had to split the CCVSAlert_MAIN class into WIN32 and gCvs parts because
the mix was causing ClassWizard some troubles. It also seems like there is
too much differences to merge the two and in the long run it's better to
have them apart.

Sorry for the troubles - I hope I didn't break the build or functionality.
