Actually I'm planning to regist my project to SourceForge.jp
(https://sourceforge.jp/), because `Japanization' is not only
nls but also more annoying details(*), and my version is currently
depending on old CVS client with Japanization patch...

(*)e.g. converting Kanji-code(Shift-JIS <-> EUC), treating path with
   multi-byte, and so on...(Unicode is not helpful for us...)

But I also hate a lot of variations, and I hate ifdef, thus
I will try providing common part of i18n(or localization) wherever
possible.

Consequently, the Japanese branch is not appropreate yet currently,
