Considerations for WinCvs 1.3.18 upgrade notes...

While testing a user report I just realized something that might be 
important to include in the 1.3.18 release notes:

AFAICT, due to the CVSROOT changes, most existing SSH setups will stop 
working out of the box after the upgrade as WinCvs now no longer sets 
the CVS_RSH environment variable. I think we should include a note that 
this now has to be done manually, maybe even in the installer.

Or could we somehow sensibly detect any previous value and offer to 
globally set CVS_RSH from the installer? Or do you think there's a 
significant number of people that use different SSH clients for 
different Browse Locations?

Or should we maybe simply re-add "SSH Client executable" as a setting on 
the CVS or WinCvs preferences pages?
