Does cvsnt's "SSH" protocol require an cvsnt server, too? I assume not, 
but if it does, it's not a real-world option to rely on users choosing 
the SSH protocol...
Also, I don't know how much of these changes are Win-only, but Jerzy, 
please keep in mind that we other platforms don't yet have cvsnt...
