I changed the localhost in cvsroot to the actual server
name(your-3hcef8q6j0) from what i read in another post. This time
though the following is the message i get:

Can't authenticate - server and client cannot agree on an
authentication scheme (got '')Filtering 'C:\Program
Files\xampp\htdocs\globalex\'...
cvs -z9 -q -d :sspi:your-3hcef8q6j0:/cvsrepos import -C -I ! -I CVS -m
"no message" -n -- globalex (in directory C:\Program
