Login OK, but unable to import.

I have setted up a CVS server on my Gentoo server and tested it
locally. It works well, I think.

Then I tried to access the server from another computer via winCVS. It
can successfully login to the server, but fail to import files. 

Here are the messages shows up when I login and import:
