WinCVS slow startup, etc.

I should know better than to not include the version - it's WinCVS
2.0.2.4 (Build 4) running on Windows 2000 Server SP4. Besides, I was
mistaken about the logo being gone. I'm starting up WinCVS through
Terminal Services, and it turns out that if I minimize the Terminal
Services window, then pop it back up again, WinCVS makes no attempt
to redraw the screen, so that's when I get a blank window.
