CVSROOT no such repository

Hi

I am trying to configure the WinCVS version in Windows XP . I have installed
both nt and the client in my system . Using the NT set up i added the
repository  to c:\cvsroot. While i am tring to login to the cvs i am getting
the following message


cvs -d :pserver:suneesh:@localhost:2401:c:\cvsroot login

Logging in to :pserver:suneesh@localhost:2401:c:\cvsroot

cvs [login aborted]: c:\cvsroot: no such repository

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****



Anybody can help ??

I am using the WinCvs 2.0.2.4(build4) version.

Or Sobody can send me how to configure cvs in windows (XP) ?
