The prompted error message is misleading.  It shows "Python not 
found, please install Python 2.1 or later."   And the version of 
python I used was 2.1 . Actually it does not work no matter what I 
did. 

Just now I downloaded and installed the 2.5 version and it works.  

Anyway, thanks for the help.
