WinCVS timezone

Hi

I have a problem with the wincvs timezone.  The time on the cvs server 
is set to the right time.

The problem occures in wincvs when you edit and then UPDATE a file.  If 
another user wants to see who has last edited the file by selecting 
editors, then the time that the file was last edited is wrong.

It shows up as gmt instead of gmt +2 "therefore the time shows as 
2hours behind"

Is there anyway that you are able to change this?
