If it happens randomly, meaning at different points within the update and doesn't seem to be the same file each time, then I recommend trying to disable the antivirus software on your workstation and doing the update. Some antivirus software will hold files open after applications have closed them resulting in seemingly spurious errors such as the above. -- Rick Yahoo!
