Configuring WINCVS(CVSROOT)

Actually I've never used that software,but the help for configuring
the CVSROOT is completely non-intuitive...
The developpers must understand that many people don't know how
setting the CVSROOT was done before(and they certainly don't care
about it) and screenshots speak a lot better than some vague terms
like "Init","Import",or whatever...
I may sound rude but this is because I've spent one hour trying to
understand small details and I still don't.
So to make something appealing it's better to make it really simple to
people who have used the tool...
