command-line support for AppleSingle encoding?

Hello,

Do any versions of MacCVS include a command-line interface that manages AppleSingle 
encoding of resource forks? I need to access some repositories that have resource forks 
embedded into the RCS files, and the regular CVS command line doesn't know what to do 
with this.

I've seen several references to a MacCVS command line interface, but I downloaded a couple 
versions and I couldn't tell what I was looking at other than the GUI application.
