How to lock a file in WinCVS 2

Hi,

I apologize if I am sending this post in the wrong group. I'm using 
WinCVS 2.1, for the first time.

Previously, I had been using WinCVS 1.2. To lock a file I simply clicked 
on the lock option, but the lock option seems to be missing in WinCVS 2.1.
Can somone please give me a solution to lock a file in WinCVS 2.1
