CVSNT and Tortoise installation

Hi,

I installed CVSNT on windows xp and trying to configure client with
Tortoise cvs from xp ,it is saying repository not found or invalid login.

Can anyone help how to configure the client using tortoise or any
other tool.

Especially whether i am missing environment variable declaration?
