Using Latest WinCvs Release v2.0.2.4

I'm new to using WinCVS, and new to this group.  Can anyone tell me 
where I can find out what's better about this v2.0.2.4 WinCVS, and if 
there a newer CVSNT behind it?  We are currently using WinCvs 2.0.0.2 
(Build 2).  Also, are there any sources to WinCvs error codes I could 
consult?
