Plzz guide me

Hello  every one!

I am Sirisha.
I am new to WINCVS.
I installed but i am getting error "write access not allowed to the 
repository"
I am unable to initi or import a module.

I followed steps according to documentation...where i am unable to post 
the SSH key...I created an account in sourceforge.net .

Is it neccessary actually

How to work with this..please guide me...
