hello..
 due to net pbm i could send u correctly...

i used command like this
after creating myrepository..

C:/><my repository>cvs -d import <my project path> 

i created myworkspace where i could checkout my whole project
C:/><my workspace> cvs -d co <myrepository>

i used :pserver: for this
