These commands are incorrect - please cut and paste the actual commands
(if there is a password you can obfuscate that), eg:

cd c:\hello
cvs -d :pserver:host:/repo import -n -m "test" projecta
cvs -d :pserver:host:/repo co -d hello-cvs projecta

Also cut and paste the exact error message.
