cvs over ssh over http proxy?

Is there a way to configure wincvs to use ssh over an http proxy?  I have it
working fine with :ssh: prefix when not behind a firewall, but the firewall
at my workplace only allows outside access through http proxy.  I am able to
connect out using SecureCRT over the proxy, so maybe I can do it with port
forwarding, but it would be nice to be able to have the wincvs do it.  Also,
since I'm talking about files on a laptop, I would need to be able to switch
back and forth without major pain so that when I am at home, I can do it
without the proxy and at work, I can enable the proxy, without having to
modify the files in the CVS directories.
