Verify the environment variables set for ur windows. Occurs sometimes
due to duplicate entries in environment variables. I had set cvs.exe
in path and classpath for two different cvs clients, tortoise and
wincvs, removing one of the entries helped me to resolve the command
prompt error.

Men do commit, but in CVS !
