RE: removing names from the Checkout Module name dropdown

 
Arthur has answered the question "where are these held", 
 
The first question was "Is there a way to remove unwanted items from
this list? "
to which the answer is :
 
While looking at the drop-down list, highlight a line you want to remove
then press the Delete key.
