Logout Problem

I have successfully login WinCVS and have checkout all the src using
current account. But when i try to logout and login with another new
account, i found that i cant update,reserved edit or others on the
files that i hv checkout.

I have try to logout and login again several time but still d same
problem have appeared. I have successfully login everytime when i try
to login, but when i try to logout, the messages will said that i hv
successfully logout with the old account. This kind of confused. I
make an example.

Account 1 = andrew 
Account 2 = brian

I can successfully login with both account, but when i logout, no
matter i hv login with andrew or brian, the logout message will said
that andrew logout successfully, even though i using brian to login
jst now.When login as brian,i cant do anything on the files checkout
by andrew before.

Can please someone help me to logout from the andrew ????
