As Arthur requested, please take the time to supply an appropriate
subject to your messages; that means something more indicative of
content than "Help!!!" or "WinCvs doesn't work!!!" or in your case, no
subject at all.
You don't mention what version of WinCvs you are using. But if it is
anything current, you'll have a Macros main menu item. Under that is a
TCL and an Add submenu. Both have options for recursively adding
immediate children as well as items in subfolders. They'll also detect
which files are binary vs. text. I haven't used them in awhile, so
you'll have to experiment to see which fits your needs.
