how to configure cvs

Dear Friends

I have just installed CVS from this website

http://www.wincvs.org/download.html#wincvs_recommended

I have got an urgent task of learning to do the following task in CVS in 2
days


Set up CVS

   - How to use CVS as an Admin
   - How to use CVS as a user
   - How to execute Build Scripts getting the latest from CVS

 I have no idea of how this cvs works.  Please help me to configure cvs as a
admin and a user.  I have only installed this I need to set up a admin and a
user.  Urgently required.  Any help is welcome.
