Keeping one thread per topic is a good idea.  

Asking the same question in lots of different threads is not.

I like to see newcomers coming to use CVSNT - we particularly spend a
lot of time ensuring that it works with Japanese, Chinese and Hebrew
(because I don't know Arabic or Farsi or Thai or Korean) so that the
tools do not simply remain popular in 'western' countries but can be
used by programmers everywhere.  

Most tools I've tried that your average North American or European
programmer rely on fail in crashes and other catastrophic errors if the
usernames is Chinese, and even Chinese filenames cause most tools to
raise odd errors.

This of course means that we get lots more people on the
CVSNT/TortoiseCVS/WinCVS mailing lists who are much less familiar with
our cultures and customs and language.  

As Guy pointed out - this project is ran by volunteers.  I've answered
your questions so far because I like understanding what difficulties
'newcomers' encounter because it helps me write better software.  It's
why our team wrote CVS Suite Studio: to make it easier for people to get
started without 'dumbing down' the tools too much (eg: Suite Studio
still offers things like flat view - one of the most popular WinCVS
features).

You are clearly now working OK - so I'll leave you to read the manuals
and ask questions on the mailing list of other volunteers.

And these last few answers.

CVSNT is the client - everything else are just graphical interfaces and
run CVSNT 'in the background'.

You are clearly a beginner at CVS, so I'll give you the 'simple'
explanation: it just works. 

You do not need to create users.  CVSNT uses the Windows user
authentication system, if someone is defined as a windows user then they
can use CVSNT.

Typically you just use the windows users - anything more is complex.  

Start simple and get complex later.  Much later.

Finally - a quick English lesson.  

Your English is very good, however there is one minor problem...
'doubt' is a transitive verb meaning 'to distrust'.  I do not think that
was the impression you meant to convey. Ie:

  I distrust checking out (Doubt regarding checking out)
  I distrust cvs suite client version trial (doubt regarding cvs suite
client version trial)

I think your confusion is with grammar. In English syntax there is a
specific form for all questions:

Adverb ... Verb ... ?

Eg:
  How do I checkout ?
  Where is the manual ?
  How do I use CVS Suite ?
  How do I branch using cvs suite client ?

If you want to make a statement out of a question: you can prefix it
with 'question' and remove the '?':
  Question about cvs suite client.
  Question about checkout.
  Questions about CVS Suite.
  Question about Branching.

Often on mailing lists/newsgroups subject lines have their own peciluar
syntax - a subject line on this newsgroup is almost always a question so
the normal form is sometimes disregarded, eg:
  Add entire folder (How do I add an entire folder?)
  No such repository (What does the error "No Such Repository" mean?)
  Error on Update (What can I do to fix an Error on Update?)
