You have choices. Pick which works best for you.

I only use WinCvs (and the Linux sibling, gCvs). To check out from
these, use Remote - Checkout Module.
Barath, you need to realize that you are asking about open source tools.
People here contribute on their own time as they have time. You've
asked a large volume of questions in a short amount of time. If you are
in immediate need of assistance, you should consider paying someone on a
short-term consulting basis to help get you up and running. Expecting
volunteers to spend large amounts of time answering all your questions
is not realistic.
You'll find that in the volunteer-supported open source world, you'll
need to spend time yourself learning the tools. Mailing lists such as
this one work best for asking very specific questions that require
specific answers. Arthur has been very generous, but you won't find
many people responding to questions like "I'm new to X - tell me
everything I need to know to use it." Volunteers don't have time for that.
