how to configure winCvs 2.0.2.4

I have a server where i have installed winCvs 2.0.0.2 
I have created the folder repository c:\cvsroot , then i have checked out my folder application there. 

the NAME of my server is SERVERcvs run under windows XP
ip adresse of my server  is 192.168.12.23.

I have the second machine under windows XP.
my question how to log in my server with this machine .



Thanks for letting me vent. Anyone have any answers for me.
