Backup/restoration process in WINCVS

Hi,

 Can some one guide me through the disaster recovery procedure.

We are using Wincvs and I would like to know how to backup and how to restore all the files with out any damage.

I think i'm ok with the backups...like to know hoe to restore...

Please let me know
