Re: WinCvs problem using .cvsrc file

The .cvsrc file should be placed in the HOME folder as given on the CVS 
tab of the Admin|Preferences dialog.

Apart from that however, I am hoping that you are aware that there are 
pretty good reasons why keeping repositories on network shares is being 
deliberately made harder by WinCvs and CVSNT. You might want to take a 
look at the following FAQ: <http://cvsgui.sf.net/newfaq.htm#remoteSandbox>
Note that the article needs a rewrite to make it clearer that most of 
the arguments presented there w.r.t. sandboxes on network shares also 
apply to repositories - actually there are even a couple of more 
arguments against repositories on shares.
