I want to use jsvm software so it need wincvs and I can not config
it for using jsvm please help me about this problem
I install python 3.1 and i have putty
this is the configuration data :

authentication: pserver
host address: garcon.ient.rwth-aachen.de
path: /cvs/jvt
user name: jvtuser
password: jvt.Amd.2
module name: jsvm

Example 1: Accessing the JSVM software with a command line CVS client
cvs -d :pserver:jvtuser:[email protected]<mailto:jvt.Amd.2%40garcon.ient.rwth-aachen.de>:/cvs/jvt login
cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]<mailto:jvtuser%40garcon.ient.rwth-aachen.de>:/cvs/jvt checkout jsvm

and in command write
TCL or Python are not available, shell is disabled

please help me
