Wincvs ssh updates hangs without error

Hi,
there are some users in my network that can't update some files. The wincvs seems to keep updating forever without throwing any error. I don't know where to look or what tests to do.
We are connecting by ssh with something like this
:ssh;username=XXXX;hostname=XXXX;privatekey='XXXXX':/cvs

Wincvs Client: wincvs 2.0.2.4 (build 4)
S.O. Client: Windows 7
Server version: Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.12.13 (client/server)
Server S.O: Debian
