RE: Wincvs -Exclusive locks Issues !!

WinCVS is a GUI - it draws the menus - the version control system is
CVSNT.

Please contact the authors of CVSNT for questions about CVSNT.

Releasing locks for people who have left (or are just on vacation) is a
common administrative task and is easy to do, but it is not a job for
WinCVS (which is a user tool, not an administrative tool).
