Use SHChangeNotify() instead of Explorer refresh. Addresses bug 1896560
and RFE 529287.

Applied TortoisePlink patch from Assaf Raman to avoid spurious crash in
vsnprintf().

Fix bug where conflicts were not detecting during an Update, if an
additional update was
triggered due to identical files. Thanks to Fl=E1vio Etrusco for pointing
this out.

Fixed bug 1768669: Context menu icons setting only takes effect after
Explorer is restarted.

Fixed bug 1871840: Scroll wheel doesn't work in Revision Graph view.

Fixed bug 1995609: Get clean copy in Commit dialog doesn't update file
count.

Use CMake for managing the build process.

In the Revision Graph dialog, clicking a branch now highlights it.

Upgraded CVSNT version to 2.5.04.3125.

Upgraded wxWidgets to version 2.8.7.

Use TortoiseOverlays to work around the Explorer limit of 14 overlay icons.
This also adds support for 'deleted' and 'locked' overlay icons.

Fix problem with too much space on Revision Graph.

Fixed possible crash when retrieving the list of tags and branches.
