Yes, in the end I gave up trying to figure out how to add the release
note. A shame that SF has chosen to break what was already working fine.
Here is the list of changes:

Fixed bug 2818556: Installer fails with more than one Explorer task.

Fixed bug 2522849: Error "Couldn't add image" in Add dialog.

Fixed bug 2874015: Paths with # characters do not open Web log.

Bug 2822974 (History fails if bugid contains semicolon character):
Prevent user from entering non-alphanumeric bug IDs.

Fixed bug 2819140: Cannot parse date/time: 07 juil. 2009.

Fixed bug 2818434: -M option and old command line client.

Upgraded CVSNT version to 2.5.05.3489.

Honour the /SILENT option to Setup.

In the Checkout dialog's repository browser, show timestamps as local time.

Upgraded wxWidgets to version 2.8.9.

2.5.05 is the latest release candidate from March Hare. I do not have
any release notes for it (they, too, are hard to find).
