TortoiseCVS 1.4.3 released

A new bugfix release on the stable branch is now available.

Some of might be wondering "hey, where did 1.4.2 go?" 1.4.2 fixed a 
minor installer problem (actually the problem was in 1.4.0), and was 
never announced.
