TortoiseCVS 1.5.0 UNSTABLE released

Now that the 1.4.x branch has stabilized, the time has come to resume 
work on the unstable version.

Some interesting things:

- Weblog hopefully works better - please test this if you can.
- Added files have a special icon (previously they used the same icon as 
Modified files).
