TortoiseCVS 1.7.0 (UNSTABLE) released

It is high time for a new release for those who like to live life 
dangerously. The 1.7.0 release represents three months of development 
and contains many exciting new features.

Be aware that, since a lot has changed, some bugs are sure to be 
present. So do not use this release in a production environment, but do 
please test it out if you have the chance.

Some of the new features:

- Support for "cvs annotate"
- Installer is translated
- Even more control over SSH parameters
- New "Add" dialog with treeview
- Redesign of many dialogs
