How to connect to the computer on the network by tortoise

Hello dear all, I have a problem, i cannot connect to the computer that is located in the LAN from tortoise. For instance we have a project server computer on the LAN that contains all projects and its located in the workgroup called 'A' and the server name is 'Essence'.
