CVS is a client/server system - you need a client and a server and optionally a GUI. * TortoiseCVS - GUI * CVSNT Client - client * CVSNT Server - server CVSNT client is included in TortoiseCVS, so what you are missing is the server, which you can get on the CVSNT site. Once you've installed the server use the CVSNT control panel to create a repository. Note: your repository may be d:\repo\myrepo but it is usually aliased to something like /work1 - again all done in the CVSNT Server Control panel.
