Yes. I was using :local: protocol.  I downloaded CVSNT to try to get 
that to work.

The CVSNT help tells you how to setup a new repository using the init 
command.  I got back an error msg:  [cvsnt] Missing Default trigger library

What I am looking to do is keep a single repository using Windows XP Pro 
and have two additional people (also Windows XP Pro) have access to the 
same repository.
