Arthur, You mention 'neither of those should affect this' ... does this mean we should see the status bar and hint behavior you describe in WinXP/7 with TortoiseCVS 1.10 and/or 1.12 RC? I'm not familiar with the code, so I don't know if CShellExt::GetInfoTip() is included in the regular TortoiseCVS builds. Thanks, Jim. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Arthur Barrett" <arthur.barrett-qn/[email protected]> To: "jim r" <[email protected]> Cc: "Gary Lon Brown" <gbrown2-Vl8Nmh0JAcRWk0Htik3J/[email protected]>, tortoisecvs-users-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org Sent: Wednesday, January 13, 2010 4:51:34 PM GMT -06:00 US/Canada Central Subject: RE: [TortoiseCVS] CVS field display in Vista folders in WindowsExplorer Jim, > In regards to #1 and #2, is there a means to enable this > ability? I'm running our customised version (CVS Suite 2008) here, and I tested on Windows Server 2003 - but neither of those should affect this. It's all done in CShellExt::GetInfoTip().
