Probably. I've never tried, but folders with the name CVS (and on
Windows all case combinations of it) have a special meaning for CVS.
They are used to store metadata of the folder where they are in, and
therefore I assume that TortoiseCVS is smart enough not to allow any CVS
operations inside a folder named CVS (or cvs).
