RC6 Install over 1.10.10 in Win7

FYI for those trying Win7: When installing RC6 over 1.10.10 on Win7, I've had a couple installs in which we've had to uninstall the 'TortoiseOverlays' (two of them) in the Programs and Features and reinstall RC6 from sratch or else the overlay icons would not work. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
