Are you not announcing RC's on tortoisecvs-announce anymore?  

Torsten merged in our patch 2918491 and notified us quite a while ago,
and I've got a bunch more features we want to merge in, but no matter
how hard I try to allocate time - the list of 'urgent' things keeps
crowding it out.  

I'm considering including TortoiseCVS 1.12 in CVS Suite 2010 - what's
your opinion on its readiness for non-hobbyists?  

I'll have another attempt at merging the remaining mods in June - we're
supposed to have CVS Suite 2010 previews available by June 30...
