Great - that's very helpful testing and thank you for sending us the
results.  

I cannot see how either RC5 or RC6 of TortoiseCVS installed 2.5.03 of
CVSNT.  Could it be perhaps that you installed something else between
RC5 and RC6 that installed that old version?
