Re: TortoiseCVS 1.12.3. /norestart flag not working?

This might not have anything to do with the command line switch.  My
computer automatically rebooted while installing 1.12.3 without adding any
command line switches (on Windows XP Pro x64 Edition SP2).  The last thing I
recall seeing before the reboot was the installer for the Visual C++ runtime
and then an error message saying that PostInstall didn't run since the
computer was shutting down.
