How to get a list of checked out files by all users

Hi,

I have been trying to find out what command I can use to see a list of all
files checked out by all users in a CVS module. Something that is equivalent
to "p4 opened -a" in Perforce.

Could you please tell me if CVS provides such an option? We use TortoiseCVS
to manage our module checkouts.
