AFAICT "p4 edit" 
http://www.perforce.com/perforce/doc.current/manuals/cmdref/edit.html

is like "cvs edit"
http://march-hare.com/library/cvsnt/edit.html


If using CVSNT Server (CVSNT Client is included in TortoiseCVS), then "p4 edit -c" is like "cvs edit -b".

Hi,

I have been trying to find out what command I can use to see a list of all
files checked out by all users in a CVS module. Something that is equivalent
to "p4 opened -a" in Perforce.

Could you please tell me if CVS provides such an option? We use TortoiseCVS
to manage our module checkouts.
